Safe Working Enviroment

Rope Access Services

Rope Access is a proven access method. It is extremely cost effective compared to other access methods that require machinery.

We provide professional commercial and domestic building maintenance, with recent projects including:

  • Repainting of external facade
  • Repair and repointing of damaged brickwork
  • Gutter sealing and waterproof
  • Painting and decorating
  • Inspection and surveying

Our team has extensive experience in testing and repairing Class A1 eyebolts in accordance with both British and International Standards, specifically EN795 and BS7883. Legal regulations mandate periodic inspection and recertification of these eyebolts: fall arrest eyebolts must be inspected every 12 months, while rope access eyebolts require inspection every 6 months.

Our rope access window cleaning services are conducted by fully trained professionals and can be scheduled to suit your needs.

Gutter care is crucial, as leaks are often caused by dirt and mud buildup within the gutters.

We use the high-rise reach and wash method with deionized water to clean windows up to 60 feet high, removing stubborn stains without damaging frames or treated glass.

We offer jet washing and steam cleaning for various building facades across London.

Our technicians safely complete bespoke tasks, such as:

  • Atrium cleaning via abseiling
  • Atrium cleaning using cradles
  • Cleaning and maintaining meeting pods in iconic London sites

Our team specialises in post-construction cleaning, ensuring buildings look their best for client presentations, adhering to quality standards and occupational health and safety on site.

We install humane and effective bird spikes and netting to prevent building deterioration caused by bird nests and droppings.

When rope access is not possible, our fully IPAF qualified operatives will ensure your area of need is addressed.

Regular lift shaft cleaning is essential to prevent fire hazards from dirt and dust buildup.

We have been for several years now setting up Christmas tree as high as 12 meters as well as installing string
lights to make this festive period more special to people at work.
